These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, https://proof-services.com (the “Site”), and any services we provide, including resume writing, cover letter writing, interview coaching, CV distribution, human resources consulting, marketing consulting, photography and voiceover consulting, content writing, research and study assistance, and administrative consulting (the “Services”). By accessing or using our Site and Services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Services Provided
We offer a variety of services, including:
- Resume Writing: Preparing and writing resumes based on the information you provide.
- Cover Letter Writing: Creating professional cover letters tailored to your needs.
- Interview Coaching: Providing coaching sessions to prepare you for job interviews.
- CV Distribution: Distributing your resume to selected external platforms, including companies and recruitment platforms.
- Human Resources Consulting: Offering consulting services related to human resources management.
- Marketing Consulting: Providing marketing strategies and advice for companies and individuals.
- Photography and Voiceover Consulting: Offering guidance in professional photography and voiceover services.
- Content Writing: Producing and writing professional content for various purposes.
- Research and Study Assistance: Assisting with the preparation of research and studies.
- Administrative Consulting: Offering specialized consulting in business management and administration.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Once payment is made and work has begun: No cancellation is allowed once payment has been made and our team has started work on the service.
- Failure to respond with required information: If the client fails to provide the necessary information within 7 days from the request, the order will be canceled, and the amount paid will not be refunded.
- Resume Revisions: Revisions to resumes are offered free of charge for up to 3 days after delivery. Any additional revisions after this period will be considered a new service and subject to additional fees.
- Interview Coaching Cancellation: In case of cancellation of interview coaching, 60% of the paid amount will be refunded only if the cancellation is made before the scheduled session.
- CV Distribution Service: The CV distribution service cannot be canceled once the process has started and the schedule has been set.
- For the “Golden Nationalization Package,” if the client does not secure a job within 4 months of starting the service, 70% of the service fee will be refunded.
3. Client Responsibility
The client is solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of the resume or any other content upon delivery. The client must notify us immediately of any errors or necessary corrections.
4. Use of the Website and Services
By using our Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when requested.
- Refrain from using the Site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
- Avoid infringing on our intellectual property rights or the rights of third parties.
5. Payment and Fees
All payments for Services must be made through approved payment processors such as Tabby, Stripe, and WooCommerce. By using these payment platforms, you agree to their terms and conditions. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our refund policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to PROOF SERVICES AND HUMAN RESOURCES CONSULTANCY – L.L.C – S.P.C and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent from us.
7. Modifications to the Terms of Service
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Site or Services after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
