Once an order is confirmed and payment is made, the service is considered commenced, either fully or partially, depending on the nature of the service.

CV files are deleted from our systems 30 days after final delivery

Proof.CV disclaims all legal responsibility in the event the user is subjected to fraud or scams due to interactions with illegitimate or suspicious parties. We recommend the following precautions:

Do not engage with any party claiming to offer jobs in exchange for money
Do not share your information with untrusted entities
Immediately report any suspicious activity

Such behavior is in violation of UAE laws and must be reported through official channels.

The user acknowledges and agrees that the CV distribution service is not a recruitment or job placement activity, and it does not include direct contact with employers or hiring entities.

Use the information you provide (experience, skills, qualifications, etc.) to professionally prepare your job profile

Search for publicly posted jobs that match your preferences and suggest them to you for selection
Submit job applications on your behalf only after obtaining your approval, based solely on publicly available job posts without direct company contact

Speeding up account creation and automatic application submission on public platforms
Structuring your profile data to align with market and ATS requirements

ProofLoops is used strictly as a technical assistance tool and does not engage in employer outreach or job recommendations.

What we do NOT do:

We do not arrange interviews
We do not contact employers on your behalf
We do not mediate to secure jobs
We do not guarantee any job offer or result

Our role ends upon delivery of the list of suggested job opportunities.

11. Limitation of Legal Liability

Proof.CV and its representatives or employees shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages arising from the use of our services. Users bear full responsibility for their decisions and interactions with third parties.
