Terms of Use

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and Proof.CV (“Company/We”), a platform operated by PROOF SERVICES AND HUMAN RESOURCES CONSULTANCY - L.L.C, duly registered in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. By accessing or using this website and/or any of its services, you expressly and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of Services

Proof.CV provides professional career support services to job seekers, including (without limitation):

• CV/Resume writing and development
• Professional profile optimization (e.g., LinkedIn)
• Career training and consulting
• CV/Resume distribution support (“CV Distribution”)

Important Clarification: Proof.CV is not a recruitment agency, does not represent employers, and does not perform any activity classified as recruitment mediation or direct hiring. All services are strictly professional support and consulting. The User acknowledges and agrees to this distinction.

2. Submitting Requests & Communication

After submitting a request through the website, we will contact the User via the official channels below:

3. Service Delivery Timeframes

• CV writing: within 2 to 5 business days
• Express service: within 24 hours
• LinkedIn optimization: within 1 to 7 business days
• CV Distribution: starts within 3 to 14 business days and continues according to the selected package
• Interview coaching: scheduled in coordination with the team

4. Data Retention & Revision Policy

• CV files are deleted from our systems 30 days after final delivery.
• Free revisions are not accepted after 7 days from delivery.
• We do not store any passwords or login credentials. The User is solely responsible for safeguarding access data.

5. ProofLoops Services

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Strict No-Refund Policy:
The User has no right to request any refund once payment is made and the order is confirmed, under any circumstances.

Cancellation Requests:
If the User requests cancellation after payment, the decision remains solely at the Company’s discretion. The Company may, at its sole discretion:

1. keep the paid amount as credit (wallet balance) in the User’s account for future services, and/or
2. approve a partial refund based on the case and the work already performed.

No request is binding unless approved in writing by the Company through its official channels.

7. Fraud Protection Disclaimer (Important Notice)

Proof.CV does not charge recruitment fees and does not contact candidates on behalf of employers to request payments in exchange for jobs.

Proof.CV disclaims all legal responsibility if the User is subjected to fraud or scams through interactions with illegitimate or suspicious parties. The User is advised to:

• never pay money in exchange for a job promise
• avoid sharing personal data with untrusted entities
• immediately report suspicious activity through official authorities

Such behavior violates UAE laws and must be reported via official channels.

8. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your personal information and using it solely for the purpose of providing our services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon being published on the website. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Clarification Regarding “CV Distribution” (also known as “CV Publishing/Distribution Support”)

The User acknowledges and agrees that CV Distribution is a professional support service, not a recruitment or job placement service, and it does not involve direct employer outreach, negotiation, or guaranteed outcomes.

10.1 What We Do

As part of CV Distribution support, we may:

• optimize and enhance your profiles and accounts on public job platforms such as LinkedIn, Bayt.com, Indeed, Naukrigulf, and others
• use the information you provide (experience, skills, qualifications, etc.) to structure and prepare your job profiles professionally and in alignment with ATS and market expectations
• assist you in creating accounts on company career portals or public application platforms (where required)
• search for publicly posted vacancies that match your preferences and direct you to newly published opportunities
• support you in overcoming practical challenges during online applications (e.g., profile setup, formatting, required fields, document readiness)

10.2 Smart Tools and ProofLoops

We use smart tools, including ProofLoops, strictly as a technical assistance tool to support the above activities, including (without limitation):

• speeding up job search and filtering of publicly posted vacancies
• assisting with account/profile structuring and readiness
• improving alignment with ATS and market requirements

ProofLoops is used as a support tool only and does not engage in employer outreach, direct hiring communications, or job guarantees.

10.3 What We Do NOT Do (Strict Exclusions)

We do not:

• guarantee interviews, offers, or employment outcomes
• contact employers or hiring entities on your behalf
• mediate, negotiate, or intervene to secure employment
• arrange interviews
• participate in any stage after directing the User to the posted opportunities and completing the agreed support scope

The Company’s role is strictly limited to delivering the support scope described in the selected package.

11. The Golden Guarantee

Proof.CV may offer a “Golden Guarantee” as a quality and re-service guarantee, not a refund guarantee and not an employment guarantee.

11.1 What the Guarantee Covers

The Golden Guarantee does not promise employment. It is designed to ensure service quality. If, during the guarantee period, the User does not achieve reasonable progress indicators (such as receiving interview invitations or responses), the Company may offer a one-time re-service.

11.2 What the Guarantee Does NOT Cover (No Refunds)

The Golden Guarantee does not include, under any circumstances:

• refunds (full or partial)
• unlimited rework or repeated re-services
• additional services outside the purchased package under the pretext of “guarantee”

11.3 One-Time Re-Service Only

The User may receive one (1) re-service only during the guarantee period. No further repeats are allowed.

11.4 Guarantee Forfeiture Conditions

The guarantee is automatically void if the User receives:

• one (1) interview invitation, or
• one (1) job offer

The User may not claim further services under the guarantee after that point.

11.5 Platform Usage Requirement

To be eligible for the guarantee, the User must actively use the accounts and platforms prepared/optimized by Proof.CV during the guarantee period. If the User does not use them, the Company may suspend, postpone, or terminate the guarantee.

11.6 Management Discretion

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, postpone, or terminate the guarantee if evidence shows:

• the User received an offer/interview
• the User failed to use the prepared platforms within the guarantee period
• the User provided inaccurate or misleading information affecting service delivery or evaluation

These rules apply to all guarantee types unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by the Company.

12. Limitation of Liability

Proof.CV, its representatives, and employees shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages arising from the use of our services. The User bears full responsibility for decisions and interactions with third parties.
